Mr. Sadiq is the Managing Partner/CEO of the firm. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has served in the corporate sector from 1986 to 2001 in various capacities from head of finance function to group company secretary and General Manger of one of the largest conglomerates of Pakistan. He has also worked as secretary of Colorado based US Company. His last assignment was with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan where he served till 2006 as head of Enforcement Division and later as head of its Specialized Companies Division. He has attended various training courses and conferences held at national as well as international level and gained extensive knowledge and experience in the field of finance, accounts, capital markets, regulation, enforcement and corporate laws. He has also served as member of Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and SECP’s Committee on Central Depository Company. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate governance, formation of group structure, restructuring of business, structure, dispute resolution and regulatory matters particularly in the area of transactional permissions and representation in administrative proceedings.

Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed Khan is M.A. (Economics) from University of Punjab. He has thirty-five years of experience in SEAP, CLA and SECP. He served as the Registrar of Companies at SECP Headquarters in Islamabad as well as Director (Enforcement). He also served as Controller of Capital Issues in erstwhile Corporate Law Authority. He has extensively travelled the world over and gained insights into the design and performance of corporate laws and regulatory bodies in various countries. He is working with the firm as consultant on matters concerning SECP and CCP.

Saleema worked with Haidermota & Co. as an associate in 2005 before it merged with Bhandari, Naqvi & Riaz to form HaidermotaBNR. She specialized in power projects related transactional work and was based in the Lahore branch of the firm. She has also worked as a research associate for Justice (R) Jawwad S. Khawaja during his tenure as Head of the Law Department of the Lahore University of Management Sciences. She rejoined HaidermotaBNR in an administrative position as a Systems Development Manager before coming to work for RS Corporate Advisory.
Saleema is a Barrister at Law and an Advocate of the High Courts. She holds an LL.B (Hons.) from University of London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln’s Inn in 2005.

Before joining RS Corporate advisory, Ms. Sehr has worked with law firms, Pinsent Mason LLP (London, UK), RIAA Barker Gillette and HaidermotaBNR & Co. Sehr graduated from the University of London with and LL.B (Hons) in 2008 and was called to the Bar from BPP Law School in 2009. She received her LL.M in International Business Law from University of London in 2010. She is an Advocate of the High courts and a member of the Lahore Bar Association.

Prior to joining RS Corporate Advisory, Ms. Manzoor has worked in the commercial litigation law firm, RMA & CO. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Warwick, UK and an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London. She is an Advocate of the High Courts and a member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association.

Before joining RS Corporate Advisory, Ms. Qureshi was Assistant Director/Member Centre for Law and Policy Lahore and Lecturer in UMT’s School of Law and Policy. She graduated from the University of London with an LL.B in 2009. She received her L.L.M from the National University of Singapore. She is an Advocate of the High Courts and a member of the Punjab Bar Council, Lahore.

Waqar has completed his articles from Baker Tilly Mehmood Idrees Qamar (Chartered Accountants). He is currently in the process of completing his CA. He has worked with Baker Tilly as Manager Tax. While his period there he gained diverse experience in accounts and tax consultancy.

Mr. Khalid is an MBA and has extensive experience of equities. He previously worked with Escort Capital Limited a subsidiary of Escort Investment Bank Limited.

Azeem has graduated from the University of Miami, USA with a major in Economics and minor in Finance in 2013 and holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London. He is also certified under the director’s training program of Lahore Management Sciences. He has been involved with RS Corporate Advisory in the area of corporate law and transactional work.
